概念
《時光流環》為一流線環型地景雕塑與植栽景觀的整合作品，自靠近松菸一側開始以混凝土座椅為起點，而後朝巨蛋方向逐漸延伸，隨著地形起伏堅硬的混凝土逐漸褪去，留下鋼筋形成的一座優美流線的金屬環。用材料敘事表達場域中的新舊介面。
《時光流環》在高度上兼具街道家具的機能，同景觀設計師吳書原所設計的菸葉景觀《迴旋荒園》，在這個歷史交界的廊帶上，共構出過去與未來之間的停佇空間。 在此間，人們偏離日常的生活節奏，被邀請進到花園裡坐下棲息，從行走者變成觀察者，在植物的相伴下感受時間的存在。

"Time Flowing Loop" is a ring-shaped landscape sculpture that integrates terrain, planting, and material transitions. Beginning near Songshan Cultural Park with a concrete seating form, it gradually extends toward the Taipei Dome.
As the ground rises and shifts, the concrete recedes, leaving exposed steel bars that evolve into an elegant metallic loop—expressing the site’s dialogue between past and future.
Serving also as street furniture, the work echoes landscape designer Wu Shu-Yuan’s Spinning Wasteland, together forming a pause space along this historical corridor. Visitors step out of their daily rhythm, entering the garden to sit and observe, sensing time through the presence of plants.
