Concept:

There are many self-luminous plants in nature. Among them, fluorescent mushrooms, which are environmental indicators, are often found in clean, warm and humid places. They emit little bits of light at night like clusters of stars. Low luminous plants give people a dream-like visual experience. This is a gift from nature to mankind, and it is the nocturne of the earth facing the starry sky at night.

Inspired by clusters of low luminous plants, the works are scattered in the open space on the west side of the trail. As a green corridor in Guangci Park, they look across from Si Beast Mountain in the distance, and reflect the green landscape of the surrounding streets and the park, reflecting the site characteristics of a green space.

The work uses semi-concrete unit modular shapes that resemble mushrooms and spores as a mimetic image of nature, responding to and strengthening the site as a green corridor that connects nature and the city. Each unit module is formed by metal processing, with lamps inside, and the surface presents a highly reflective copper-plated texture; the steel pipe is bent and processed to resemble a plant stem, which is also the skeleton of the lamp.

The works are arranged in an organic and dense manner, showing concentrated and divergent light source points at night, turning them into the natural scenery of a modern city, inviting the public to wander among natural light and shadow.
